Remembering Ron

Ronald Wayne Lloyd passed away on May 27, 2026, surrounded by loved ones at home, after a courageous 28-month battle with glioblastoma.

Ron was known for his quick wit, sharp humor, generosity, and the respect he showed to everyone he met. He made friends easily, loved sports and travel, and found his greatest joy in his family, especially cheering on his grandsons.

In keeping with Ron’s quiet generosity, gifts made in his memory will support Ohio Cancer Research and help fund cancer research taking place at hospitals and universities across Ohio. This tribute is a meaningful way to honor Ron’s life while supporting work that brings hope to other families facing cancer.
