This year’s celebration honors the leadership of Matt Dolan, Chief Executive Officer of Team NEO, and celebrates Team NEO’s work accelerating business growth and job creation across Northeast Ohio’s 14-county region.

We are also proud to present the 2025 Discover Award for Research to Justin Lathia, PhD, of Cleveland Clinic, whose initial $60,000 OCR seed grant in 2012 helped catalyze over $30 million in follow-on funding for his brain cancer research.
